A positive little story ABOUT an INCREDIBLE PICTURE….
SINCE FIRST SEEING IT, I HAVE LOVED this unique shot of the cross shining through behind the American flag. Seems to me the photograph expresses that God Himself IS behind the freedoms which define the USA. And the glowing sun in the shape of a cross exudes hope and Light. I’ve used the photo more than once.
RECENTLY I WAS REMINDED again it’s a small world. After this post was shared around online, imagine my surprise when I saw this comment from James L. He said: “Funny seeing a picture I took 5 years ago being placed everywhere on the internet. lol. I’m the only one that knows where this picture was taken and it wasn’t on an ocean…”
Which sparked a conversation between us, as I thanked him for taking such a breathtaking shot and allowing it to be used across the globe. I marveled when he said the cross was only visible for mere seconds before disappearing….and he somehow managed to capture it before it was gone. Well played, James, well played.
